| Hetch Hetchy Water and Power reports additionally today (July 16) as follows:
Quote: | As a caveat to today's flow projections -
The following 2019 dates will be reserved as 'No Water Wednesdays' for HHWP powerhouse maintenance:
July 24 August 7 August 21 Sept 4
Please note that HPH generation will be limited to 550 cfs and flows on the Tuolumne River may potentially be below 1,000 cfs on Wednesday, July 24th due to maintenance on one of the units.
The previous day (July 23rd) will also have a similar outage on the other unit, however, work is scheduled to begin at 11:00 to ensure a pulse of 1,000+ cfs flows on the river during normal rafting hours on this day.
We will provide notice of additional maintenance outages affecting flows as they come up. |

| Hetch Hetchy Water and Power reports today as follows:
Quote: | Good afternoon,
As a reminder and follow-up to the previous notification email, please note that Holm Powerhouse generation will once again begin to fluctuate tomorrow, Saturday August 10th and onward. Maximum 1-unit generation releases will occur during normal rafting pulse hours (6am - 12 pm), persisting through Labor Day. Flows outside of this time window, however, will likely be dramatically lower. All reservoir valve releases are at minimum in-stream requirements and no spill from Kirkwood Powerhouse is expected through the remainder of the season.
We will provide further notifications if any major operational changes arise. |
