The Balch afterbay dam is presently spilling into the NF Kings Balch afterbay section and the NF Kings below Dinkey

Spill is expected to continue till January 18th or 19th during powerhouse maintanence.

During this period flows in the afterbay section are essentially identical to the flows below Dinkey Creek. Dinkey is only 10 cfs or so right now.
